Terms of Service Agreement :

1.0 Domain, Subdomain and email address
1.1 Domain name www.koolchannel.com belongs to iResource Services
1.2 Hosting services are rented out on a yearly basis and renewable
1.3 Renewals must be made 2 weeks before expiry date.
1.4 First Come First Serve. Once rented out, other parties cannot claim rights to it.
1.5 You may not transfer ownership or re-rent to other parties.
1.6 You can terminate the service rental by giving prior notice. No refund.

2.0 Service is provided as is
2.1 We try our best effort to keep the server uptime to 99.9 %
2.2 Due to the low rent we ask from you, we can only provide limited email support.
2.3 All monies paid is not refundable.
2.4 Any party who subscribed to this service can not make claims against us for damages/loses as a result of using our services.
2.5 We are not responsible for any content provided by subscribers to our services.

3.0 The following will cause immediate termination of services rendered to you:
3.1 Sending spams or unsolicited emails
3.2 Placement of pornography or adult-rated materials in the server
3.3 Web links to pornography or adult-rated materials to other servers
3.3 Use of copyrighted materials without permission from copyright owners
3.4 Promoting and selling items/services considered illegal by Malaysian Government
3.5 Selling or distributing items/services without the expressed permission from owners or vendors
3.6 As instructed in writing by agencies given the authority to do so by the Government of Malaysia.
